QUADSIMU – In Game Stat Commands

Console commands specific to displaying game statistics. To profile our project, pilots and developers can enter the following stat commands into the console in game.

How to open console

Press the tilde “~” key to open/close console.

Available Stat Command List

Available command list will show you how Quadsimu is performing on your machine. To improve this game you can help us try to find its weak points. Look for spikes! Did you found one? REPORT IT and I will take care of it.

statCommand Description
Audio / AudioThreadCommandsAudio statistics, such as wave instances or buffer performance.
Collision / CollisionTagsDisplays performance, debug, and memory information for collisions.
ComponentDisplays a list of components with their performance information.
CompressionDisplays compression statistics.
EngineShows general rendering stats like frame time as well as counters from the number of triangles being rendered.
FPSDisplays Frames per Second (FPS) counter.
GameGives feedback on how long the various Gameplay Ticks are taking.
GCDisplays garbage collection statistics.
InitViewsDisplays information on how long visibility culling took and how effective it was. Visible section count is the single most important stat with respect to rendering thread performance, and that is dominated by Visible Static Mesh Elements under STAT INITVIEWS; however, Visible Dynamic Primitives also factors in.
LevelsDisplays Level Streaming information.
LinkerCountDisplays Linker counter.
MapBuildDataDisplays the map’s build data.
MemoryShows statistics on how much memory is being used by various subsystems in Unreal Engine.
MemoryPlatformShows memory platform information.
MemoryStaticMeshShows memory statistics about static meshes.
NavigationShows performance and memory information for the navigation system.
Object Displays object memory and performance information.
PakfileDisplays Pakfile system statistics.
ParticlesShows particle system performance information.
PhysicsDisplays physics performance statistics.
PhysXTasksDisplays PhysX task information.
PlayerControllerDisplays PlayerController performance information.
QuickQuickly displays groups of overall performance data.
RenderTargetPoolShows memory and performance statistics for Render Target Pool.
RHIDisplays RHI memory and performance statistics.
RHICMDLISTShows RHI command list with performance statistics.
SceneMemoryShows scene memory counters.
SceneRenderingShows general rendering statistics. This is a good starting point to find general areas of slow performance in the rendering process.
SceneUpdateDisplays information about updating the world, including the time taken to add, update, and remove lights as well as add and remove primitives in the scene.
ShaderCompilingDisplays shader compiling information.
ShadersShows shader compression statistics.
ShadowRenderingShows how long shadow calculations are taking, separate from actual shadow render time which is covered in stat LightRendering.
Slate Displays Slate performance statistics.
SlateMemoryShows Slate memory counters.
SoundCuesShows active SoundCues.
SoundMixesShows active SoundMixes.
SoundsShows active SoundCues and SoundWaves.
SoundWavesShows active SoundWaves.
StatSystemShows performance and memory information for the Stat System.
StreamingDisplays basic statistics on streaming assets, like how much memory streaming textures are using, or how many streaming textures there are in the scene.
StreamingDetailsMore detailed statistics on streaming, like breaking down general texture streaming into more specific groups (lightmaps, static textures, and dynamic textures).
StreamingOverviewShows an overview of statistics on streaming assets.
TaskGraphTasksShows performance data for TaskGraph tasks.
TextShows performance statistics for text.
TextureGroupDisplays texture group memory counters.
ThreadingDisplays threading information.
ThreadsDisplays thread information.
TickablesShows performance statistics for Tickables.
TickGroupsShows performance statistics for Tick groups.
UIShows UI performance information.
UnitOverall frame time as well as the game thread, rendering thread, and GPU times.Note: This is a great stat command to start with because it helps developers focus their profiling work.
UnitGraphTo see a graph with the stat unit data, use stat Raw to see the unfiltered data.
UObjectsShows performance statistics for UObjects in the game.
